Olivia earned a BA in Politics from Brandeis University and MFA from the University of California, Riverside. Outside of MOCA, her gallery-based education experience includes Hauser and Wirth, the Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston, and the Rose Art Museum in Waltham, MA. Housed in a vast 17-acre industrial complex built in the late 1800s for the Arnold Print Works company, the museum was completed in three phases, initially opening to international.
Olivia has exhibited artwork at Human Resources, The California Museum of Photography, The Echo Park Film Center, JOAN and The Fulcrum Press. The Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art (MASS MoCA) is among the largest contemporary art museum in the United States and a pioneering adaptive reuse project.
